Vibratory Bowl Feeders
In today’s market, vibratory bowl feeders are available among the most stable and reliable feeding solutions. Huilide carefully refines every detail of our vibratory bowl feeders to ensure consistent, precise component delivery to your automated equipment.

Drawing on years of industry experience, Huilide designs feeding systems to handle components across diverse sectors. We custom-engineer bowls and bases according to your parts’ material, shape and dimensions. Our bases and controllers can be supplied with CE, UL/CSA or other required certifications. Bowl material options include stainless steel, aluminum and engineered plastic. Surface treatments such as PU coating, lining, textured finish and sandblasting are available. Bowl diameters range from 80mm to 1200mm, with cone, stepped and cylindrical bowl styles. Selected bowls, bases, controllers and accessories (including support tables, base plates, sound enclosures and sensors) are kept in stock. Custom requirements are available upon request.
What Our Vibratory Bowl Systems Consist Of
A complete vibratory feeding system normally includes: custom bowl, base, controller, hopper, linear feeder and escapement mechanism.

- Bowl Bowls can be manufactured from stainless steel, aluminum, engineered plastic or 3D printed materials. Surface treatments such as PU coating, sandblasting and lining are offered to meet different operational demands.
- Base Bases are selected according to part characteristics, bowl size and weight. We supply standard, precision, piezoelectric, pneumatic and explosion-proof bases, covering diameters from 80mm to 1200mm. CE, UL/CSA and other certifications are available.
- Linear Feeders Linear feeders are matched to part specifications, track dimensions and load weight. Types include standard, pneumatic and piezoelectric linear feeders, with track lengths up to 2000mm. CE, UL/CSA certifications are optional.
- Escapement Mechanism Huilide’s custom escapement mechanisms position parts for easy pick-and-place in downstream processes such as assembly and inspection.
- Hopper Hoppers are customized based on capacity, footprint and working environment. Options include vibratory hoppers, conveyor hoppers and elevator hoppers.
- Controller Controllers are selected to match power supply and site conditions. We offer voltage-regulating, frequency-modulated and piezoelectric controllers, with CE, UL/CSA certifications available.
Key Advantages of Vibratory Bowl Feeders
- Low Noise: Multi-magnet bases deliver stable vibration with small amplitude, greatly reducing operating noise.
- Long Service Life: Smooth feeding, simple maintenance and robust construction for extended use.
- Handles Complex Parts: Suitable for nearly all component types, especially parts with irregular geometries.
- High Feeding Speed: Multi-track designs achieve high throughput for demanding production lines.
- Cost Saving: Reduces labor cost and shortens cycle time compared with manual feeding.
- Easy Modification: Existing bowls can be modified quickly to adapt to new product specifications.
What Is a Vibratory Bowl Feeder?
A vibratory bowl feeder is a widely used automated feeding device that orients and feeds components at a controlled speed for automated assembly. It is a self-contained system composed of a custom orientation bowl, vibration base and adjustable speed controller.
How Does a Vibratory Bowl Feeder Work?
Vibration and leaf-spring deflection drive parts to climb along the spiral track. Parts are sorted and oriented on the track before being discharged in the required posture. Bases can be electromagnetic, pneumatic, piezoelectric or mechanical. Track length, width and depth are designed to match your part size, shape and throughput requirements. Bowl linings and coatings protect components from damage and reduce noise during sorting. The controller adjusts vibration amplitude and frequency to regulate feeding speed. Paired with sensors, it automatically starts or stops feeding when parts fill the track.
Applications of Vibratory Bowl Feeders
Vibratory bowl feeders serve a wide range of industries, including automotive, electronics, medical, packaging, hardware and fastener manufacturing. They are also used in glass, foundry, steel, construction, recycling, pulp and plastic sectors. Huilide designs and manufactures reliable, low-maintenance precision feeding systems. Our experienced team manages the full project workflow: order confirmation → mechanical & electrical design → design approval → production → machining → quality control → testing → documentation → customer acceptance → shipment → on-site installation & training → commissioning.
